Happy Fri-Yayyy everyone!
Today, I’m bringing to you, a new series on my blog called, Friday Favorites. Every month I will chat with you about my new beauty, food, and lifestyle favorites. So lets just jump right in!
Over the past month, I made a lot of changes in my beauty habits. The first thing that had to go were the make-up wipes I used to remove my daily make-up. Using 1-2 Neutrogena Make-up Remover Cleansing Towelettes per removal made it feel like I was wasting all my hard earned money, just removing my make-up! Don’t get me wrong, they were a part of my nightly routine for a long while, however I recently found something that reduces the waste and amount of money I spend removing my make-up. And that is the:
Yes to Coconut Hydrate and Restore Ultra Hydrating Micellar Cleansing Water
This micellar water doesn’t irritate my skin, yet has a wonderful Coconut scent that lasts! Which, if you’ve read my last post, is a huge plus! It’s helped with my dry skin by hydrating and cleansing off a full day’s worth of make-up. Another key thing about this particular micellar water is that while removing eye make-up, it doesn’t burn my eyes. If you haven’t tried a micellar water, I’d say to give this one a shot! It reduces the amount of waste and comes in a cute, convenient bottle with a pump so that you don’t accidentally pour too much down the drain.
My second favorite this month also happens to be a “Yes to” product:
Yes to Tomatoes Detoxifying Charcoal Paper Mask
Now, let me start off by saying that I’ve never been a “mask” person. I’d occasionally pick one up at my local CVS or Target, however they never actually benefited me… until I tried this mask. When I bought it, I had speculations and figured that it would be like any other mask. However, I was very wrong. Each time I use this mask, it does exactly what it claims to. Detoxifies. My skin is clear and glowing once I remove it and it’s natural ingredients doesn’t break me out. For the price, you have to give it a shot!
Another every day product that I’ve started using this month is:
Dove Dry Spray 48 hour Antiperspirant Non-Irritant Deodorant
I originally tried this product because I noticed the scent. Wait for it… Caring Coconut. Yes, I know I have a problem. I’d never tried a spray deodorant, however I recently learned that it provides a sense of dry underarms and doesn’t leave any residue on my clothing. Do I have to say anything further?
Not only do I have an obsession with coconut-scented products, but I also love the way it tastes. One of my favorite things to snack on or eat for a quick breakfast is the:
Dannon Light and Fit Greek Toasted Coconut Yogurt
This yogurt not only tastes wonderful, but is also only 80 calories. It’s very filling and I tend to add a bit of granola to it. This is such an easy breakfast for on-the-go! I throw it in my lunch box and am out the door in 2 minutes.
The last favorites I have for you this month are a few of my most played songs:
Ed Sheeran – Shape of you
Delta Rae – A Long and Happy Life
Blink-182 – She’s Out of Her Mind
James Arthur – Say You Won’t Let Go
Lord Huron – The Night We Met
Do you have a few monthly favorites or do we share a few of the same ones? If so, let me know in the comments below!
Haha, I ❤ coconut, too. ^_^
I’ve been hearing good things about the “yes to” products! That mask sounds nice. Where did you buy it?

Hey Valerie, I generally get my at our local Target or Walmart. Walmart tends to have the “yes to” products at a cheaper price.

There are many grammatical errors throughout your blog. It’s also boring.
